About the Role GSK is looking for a passionate and experienced National Sales Manager for our Respiratory Business Unit. In this key leadership role, you will have responsibility for a team of Specialist Account Managers that are driving the performance of our Biologics specialty business.

You will:

Lead your team in the development of performance driving key account plans

Embed an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers

Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners to execute the strategic brand plan

Drive a culture of leadership, sales excellence and continuous improvement

Keep up to speed on developments in the respective therapeutic areas

Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access

About you: To be successful, you will be an accomplished sales leader within the pharmaceutical space, bringing leadership and experience in tactical implementation of brand strategy.

A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education

A thorough understanding of the hospital customer landscape and commercialisation of new and existing specialty medicines

Excellent business acumen with strong performance diagnosis, business planning and execution capabilities

Effective leadership, management and coaching skills with a passion for developing people

Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross function stakeholders

Launch and disease area experience preferable

Ability and willingness to commit to regular national travel
