What you’ll do:
Assist in planning and delivering transformation assurance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and governance of large‑scale change initiatives
Support assessment of program controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with regulatory or internal requirements
Conduct detailed testing and analysis to identify potential risks, gaps, or impediments to successful transformation delivery
Prepare clear and insightful assurance reports and presentations to inform senior stakeholders and support decision‑making
Collaborate closely with client teams and PwC specialists to deliver transformational change with confidence and transparency
Contribute to continuous improvement of transformation assurance methodologies and tools across projects
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 2‑4 years in transformation assurance, risk consulting, internal audit, or a related field, ideally with exposure to complex business change, IT transformations, or program risk management
Analytical mindset: Strong ability to assess risk and control effectiveness, evaluate governance frameworks, and apply professional judgement to complex scenarios
Communication skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
Team player: Enthusiasm for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and learning from experienced assurance and transformation professionals
Qualifications: Progress towards or completion of a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent) is highly regarded
Industry awareness: Understanding of regulatory bodies impacting transformation programs and familiarity with frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, or COBIT is a plus
