The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization in a period of cultural and strategic enhancement, ensuring operational excellence, strong advocacy, and heightened member value. This role requires an inspiring leader and communicator who can build trusted relationships, shape policy, and position the organization for sustainable growth and national influence. Key deliverables for the CEO include leading strategies to enhance member service and engagement, strengthening the company's reputation, and influencing policy change through collaboration with key stakeholders.

The ideal CEO for the company will have proven executive leadership experience, particularly in complex stakeholder environments and member-based organizations. Expertise in advocacy, governance, accreditation, and education is essential, as is strong financial acumen and the ability to manage large budgets. The role demands outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and resilience under pressure. The successful candidate will be committed to ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility, with relevant tertiary qualifications, and an MBA is highly desirable.
