Role & Responsibilities

The Role & Responsibilities As the National Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success by leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of three Regional Sales Managers across multiple states and territories. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, fostering high performance, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and align with our company\'s purpose-led mission. Lead, mentor, and develop three Regional Sales Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. Champion infield coaching by supporting RSMs in driving customer-facing excellence across their teams. Drive the execution of national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and prescriber engagement plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape territory and account-based business plans that reflect market dynamics. Identify capability gaps across regions and implement targeted coaching, training, and development initiatives. Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure effective management of regional budgets and resources. Promote best-practice standards in territory planning, CRM utilisation, and stakeholder engagement. Maintain structured coaching documentation and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and talent development. Skills & Experience

Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years\' experience as a National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare sector Background in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across cross-functional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective sales strategies Full Australian working rights Valid driver\'s license and access to a reliable vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP safety rating Benefits & Perks
