Senior Consultant Change You will be part of the P&C Strategy & Performance team in People & Culture (P&C), that is doubling down on customer obsession.

Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To

Provide targeted communications and engagement to key stakeholders in P&C including stakeholder updates, information sessions, paper completion and go live comms.

Develop the colleague experience plans for the delivery of P&C communications for the program of work.

Create, maintain and conduct analytics and lessons learnt for future communications plans for P&C change initiatives.

Monitor key engagement channels to ensure appropriate and up to date content, escalating where possible.

Partner with Corporate Affairs and Communications teams to ensure alignment on P&C communication plans and initiatives.

Ensure business engagement with change and communication outcomes across P&C business unit.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Change and/or Communications role preferably within the Financial Services sector.

Previous experience delivering change and communications for complex business changes is essential.

Ability to work in complex environments across multiple streams with evolving timelines.

Ability to apply communication and engagement principles, techniques & tools.

Be highly creative and able to deliver engaging content to a wide audience.

Ability to translate complex work into simple and effective change and communications initiatives, with excellent attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment.

Proven experience in being able to execute change initiatives through effective communications using enterprise framework.

A growth mindset to demonstrate agility in decision making and prioritisation of work.
