Base + Super + Bonus + flexible working, hybrid As Head of Ecommerce at 7โ€‘Eleven Australia, you will lead the strategy, growth, and optimisation of E-commerce offer within the 7-Eleven Digital ecosystem. Responsibility covers both owned digital platforms and our partner marketplaces (Uber Eats and DoorDash). Leading our e-commerce channels, leading the digital growth strategy for a world class ecommerce experience and digital ecosystem for customers. You will be responsible for shaping the vision, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives across all touchpoints. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the ecommerce strategy to deliver sustainable growth across owned channels and third-party marketplaces. Performance Optimisation:

Drive continuous improvement in conversion, customer journey, and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and experimentation. Channel Management:

Oversee trading plans, merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise reach and profitability. Digital Transformation:

Bring strategic, value driven, enterprise wide thinking and culture and collaboration across functional teams to enable and embed capabilities and tools to drive the digital strategy and vision Customer Experience:

Champion personalisation, loyalty integration, and frictionless ordering to enhance satisfaction and retention. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, and ROI; provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Budget Ownership:

Manage significant budgets effectively, optimising spend for maximum impact. Compliance & Brand Integrity:

Ensure all ecommerce activity adheres to legal, ethical, and brand standards. About You

Extensive experience in ecommerce leadership within retail, FMCG, or convenience sectors. Proven success in scaling multichannel ecommerce platforms and marketplace partnerships. Strong commercial and analytical mindset with expertise in CRO and omnichannel performance metrics. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation. Deep understanding of customer behaviour and emerging digital trends. Why Join Us?
