Position Description
The firm is seeking a Lawyer to join its Banking team to work on a diverse mix of challenging finance matters.
This role will see you working on a range of matters including corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance and restructures.
Requirements
You will be a technically capable lawyer with
2-5 years PQE
within the banking and finance space.
In addition, you will:
Have a client-focused approach.
Have advanced drafting skills.
Have the ability to build and foster strong client relationships.
Strong attention to detail.
