About the Role The

Global Head of Supply Chain Management

is a pivotal executive role based in Melbourne responsible for shaping and executing Toll’s global supply‑chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a global supply‑chain strategy to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.

Own and lead the global product roadmap for Order Management System (OMS), 4PL (Freight Management), and Buyer’s Consolidation, delivering innovation, superior user experience, and measurable customer value.

Drive commercial success by partnering with global sales teams to secure strategic wins and articulate Toll’s value proposition to senior stakeholders.

Design and oversee transformative supply‑chain solutions, ensuring seamless global implementation and operational scalability.

Build and scale a high‑performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability aligned with commercial growth.

Ensure compliance and governance across global standards, contractual obligations, and data privacy regulations to safeguard Toll’s reputation.

About You Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply‑Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Skills and Experience

Over 10 years’ experience in global supply‑chain leadership, logistics, and 4PL environments, including 6+ years in senior executive or product ownership roles.

Comprehensive knowledge of air and ocean operations, Purchase Order Management, Control Tower functions, and Buyer’s Consolidation.

Proven ability to engage at C‑suite level, with strong solution‑selling and contract‑negotiation skills.

Expertise in supply‑chain technology platforms (TMS, WMS, OMS, 4PL systems) and data‑driven decision‑making.

Flexibility for global travel to support customer requirements and implementation cycles.

Strategic thinker with global mindset, high adaptability, resilience, and strong commercial acumen in fast‑paced environments.
