Solution Architect, SAP SuccessFactors

About the Role A large government department is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major digital transformation initiatives and guide the design of complex HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and governance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Translate business needs into scalable architectural designs.

Provide expert advice on integration, development approaches, and technical best practice.

Resolve complex system issues and deliver innovative solutions.

Produce high‑quality architecture documentation and design artefacts.

Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Support quality reviews and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Advise on enhancements, optimisation, and long‑term system improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Background in large‑scale ERP or transformation environments.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Proven architectural experience, including mentoring and guiding teams.

Deep understanding of integration design and modern architecture practices.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
