We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to handle marketing operations and execute our marketing strategy during an exciting phase of growth. This role will play a key part in driving revenue, strengthening our digital capability, and delivering high-quality brand and media outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, digital expertise, and data‑driven decision‑making, with an openness to leveraging AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve performance and scalability. This role has scope to convert to CMO role as the business grows. Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing marketing strategies that contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition Leading digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels Driving international scalability of marketing initiatives Using data, analytics, and AI‑enabled insights to inform performance, optimisation, and ROI Overseeing brand positioning, campaigns, and media production, including the use of modern content and performance tools Identifying and implementing next generation marketing technology and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Managing agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Providing leadership, direction, and mentoring within the marketing function Ability to drive / lead multi‑divisional marketing strategies and products / service offerings Insights / market trend analytics (for both existing and new regions) About You

You are a strategic marketing professional with a strong digital background and a proven ability to translate strategy into results. You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role with strategic accountability Practical understanding of AI‑enabled marketing tools and their application to performance, content, and customer experience Strong capability across digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics Experience contributing to revenue growth and business outcomes Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven international marketing experience, with provision of marketing insights to internal stakeholders Experience supporting growth or scale (highly regarded) Selection Criteria

10+ years' marketing / client experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (desired) Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing or marketing management role Comfortable with public speaking Strong experience across digital marketing channels, including paid media, owned channels, and performance marketing Demonstrated leadership capability, including providing direction, mentoring, and support to develop capability within the marketing function.
