Our client is seeking an experienced CFO with experience in the automotive space to provide strategic financial guidance and executive-level mentorship within a large-scale growing organisation. This is a part-time, high-impact role suited to a senior finance leader who enjoys shaping thinking, strengthening governance, and advising leaders rather than running day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on influence, perspective, and partnership—working closely with senior leaders to sharpen commercial decision-making and support sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

Act as a trusted mentor and sounding board for CFO, senior leaders and executives

Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

Support leadership teams with commercial insights and risk management advice

Strengthen financial governance, reporting frameworks, and decision-making discipline

Translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-financial leaders

Advise on growth initiatives, investment decisions, and long-term sustainability

Build financial capability across the organisation through coaching and mentorship

You Bring:

Extensive experience as a CFO or senior finance executive

Proven ability to mentor, advise, and influence at executive or board level
