Position Overview
Be the Architect of the future of Manufacturing and construction and shape tomorrow's built environment through technology. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to guide us through this next industrial transformation. In this role, you will not only oversee technology but redefine what it can achieve. You will craft and deliver a strategy that moves traditional manufacturing toward intelligent, automated, and responsive operations. Architect Enterprise Excellence:
Modernize our technology backbone from the ground up. Reimagine ERP and MES platforms as integrated, intelligent systems that provide real-time insights and seamless connectivity between factory floor and boardroom.
Build the Intelligent Enterprise:
Champion our digital transformation journey. Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives that position us not as followers of trends, but as creators of the future. Integrate emerging technologies with practical business value.
Drive Strategic Impact:
Influence executive strategy and communicate technology's transformative potential across all stakeholders. Manage strategic partnerships that accelerate our competitive advantage.
To Be Successful in the Role
10+ years leading technology strategy within manufacturing or construction industry
Proven success delivering automation initiatives that produced measurable business impact
Strong capability with manufacturing systems including ERP and MES, as well as cloud architecture and enterprise integration
Ability to balance ambitious innovation with practical execution
Deep understanding of production environments and operational priorities
Proven experience leading organisational change and guiding teams through transformation
Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex technology concepts in a way that drives action
