We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join a growing, modern private practice in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established patient base and take on a key leadership role within a supportive and high-performing team. About the Role You’ll join a well-structured practice supported by a Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, and DA/Receptionist, alongside two Associate Dentists. The practice has been operating for eight months and continues to show strong growth. The successful candidate will be confident, patient-focused, and proactive in driving both clinical excellence and practice growth. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Dentist Strong skills across Orthodontics (fixed braces), Implants, and Prosthodontics Ability to lead and mentor within a small team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills If you’re an experienced clinician seeking a new challenge in Perth, with autonomy, strong support, and the opportunity to lead a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
