We are looking to expand our offerings to clients living in the community with a specific focus on elderly clients living with Dementia in the Mornington Peninsula, Kingston, Casey, Greater Dandenong and Frankston region.

About the role

Facilitate private therapy for clients living with dementia in the community using a cognitive rehabilitation approach

Enabling patients to engage in, or manage everyday activities, function optimally, and maintain as much of their independence as possible.

Research and develop concepts for the clients to reduce anxiety and enhance their overall wellbeing

Contribute to the goals of each patient

Identify where there are difficulties in independent function and day-to-day activities.

All applicants must have or be willing to obtain a police name check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and be registered in their relevant discipline. Experience in community care is highly desired, however full training and onboarding is provided.
