Health & Wellness Precincts
Investment Management
Property Education & Coaching
Leasing & Asset Management
And we are entering our next phase of strategic expansion.
We are looking for a commercially sharp, growth-minded CFO who wants to help architect that future.
About The Group
H CO
is our property development and investment arm, delivering residential and commercial projects across Victoria.
Maybloom
is a fast-growing health and wellness precinct model integrating coworking, recovery, fitness and lifestyle experiences within curated property environments.
ViVA
is a premium property education and mentoring platform helping investors execute high-performance small-lot subdivision strategies.
Across the group, we operate a diversified portfolio spanning:
Operating businesses
Recurring education revenue
We are experiencing strong organic growth and are actively scaling through acquisitions, development pipelines, and structured capital expansion.
This CFO will be instrumental in that next chapter.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to:
Architect capital structures and funding strategies
Drive financial performance across multiple business units
Oversee development feasibilities and portfolio optimisation
Lead long-range financial planning and scenario modelling
Provide commercial insights that shape strategic decisions
This is a hands-on strategic role, not just oversight.
You'll need to roll up your sleeves and help us answer:
How do we raise more capital, and expand the portfolio?
How do we optimise IRR and cash flow across the group?
How do we structure for sustained growth?
How can we drive more revenue, and profit from out activities?
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
Act as strategic advisor to the Founder
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modelling
Oversee feasibility analysis for developments & acquisitions
Monitor cash flow, capital management and funding structures
Optimise reporting systems and financial controls
Support acquisition due diligence and transaction execution
Implement continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems
Who We’re Looking For
You are commercially driven, not purely compliance focused.
You likely bring:
Strong background in property, real estate or development
Experience overseeing multi-entity group structures
Ability to create financial models and scenario plan
Capital management and funding experience
Development feasibility modelling capability
A strategic mindset with operational discipline
Confidence presenting to investors and stakeholders
Have experience across both asset ownership and operating businesses
Thrive in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
Enjoy building systems from good to great

$200,000 + performance bonus
4 days in office (Bentleigh) 1 day WFH
