India , needs you to join their

Solutions Architecture

team. As a member of the architecture team, you will be working to evolve the product suite in close collaboration with a wide variety of business, customer and leadership stakeholders for Mine Haul Truck Fleet Management, Autonomous Command & Control of Mine Haul Trucks and Production Recording capabilities across large and small mining operations on a global scale. This is a deeply technical role where you can exhibit your expert technical capability and experience in building complex systems. The ability to communicate these concepts is essential. Responsibilities

Combine business objectives and solution intent to produce system-level designs that explain the structure, components and interactions in enough detail for a development team to consume Peer-review of solution and system-level designs to ensure they meet business requirements, comply to best practices, consider system constraints and remain aligned to the broader enterprise strategy Presentation of designs to relevant stakeholders Provide technical leadership throughout the development process, helping to remove technical challenges or roadblocks as they arise Ensure the product feature developments are being executed in accordance with the product technical direction, meet the needs of the solution intent and aligned to the enterprise strategy Maintaining designs and documentation as the system evolves over time Contribute to the selection and approval of technologies that best suit the problem at hand Guide, document and communicate architectural decision Contribute to establishing/maintaining design standard Collaborate with other architects to provide insights that drive improvements to delivery program processes/ways of working as well as external processes that impact the product Skills/Experience Required

A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related discipline +7 Years of relevant commercial software development experience, having worked with Java or similar languages, Microservices and distributed architectures, Modern databases, technologies and techniques & Applications deployed both in cloud and on-premises Strong collaboration skills with local and remote teams Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Able to communicate technical information effectively and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with modern security principles and technologies Experience in Cloud Based Technologies Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills Desired skills and experience

Previous experience working as a Lead Developer or System Architect within a product delivery organisation Previous experience in mining business domain and/or mining technology OEM Willingness to stay up to date on latest technology trends and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate Willingness to take on-board and provide feedback to colleagues, junior staff, and leaders Willingness to undertake training and professional certifications as required Willingness to get your hands dirty in the code, working with our developers to prototype out patterns, methods and technologies. Willingness to travel interstate and internationally to support the role Employment terms

It’s an office-based role (5 days per week with flexible hours) based in the Brisbane CBD near Central Station & bus stops. This is a contract role running for an initial period of 12 months. Strong performers will be extended as the work is on-going. Candidate eligibility
