Childcare Centre Director

Job Summary Byrneville House Childcare Centre is a warm, friendly, family owned and community focused early learning environment committed to providing high quality education and care. We believe in nurturing children through play, curiosity and connection. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our dedicated team and support our families in creating high level learning experiences for children aged 15 months - school age.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the service.

Ensure the centre meets all regulatory requirements.

Maintain strong staff morale.

Foster positive relationships with families.

Promote an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment for children.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification.

Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check.

Some experience in a director role is preferred.

Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday.
