Chief Financial Officer

With a strong reputation, industry leading Consultants and a loyal and highly regarded client base, the organisation seeks to continue its market leading position whilst scaling sustainably through pursuing new strategic growth opportunities.

To support this next chapter, we are seeking a commercially astute and growth‑oriented Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the CFO will play a central role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the business. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring both strategic insight and operational discipline in a dynamic, performance‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting

Drive commercial outcomes including margin optimisation, productivity gains and working capital discipline

Oversee financial systems, controls and governance frameworks

Partner with operational leaders to support data‑driven decision‑making

Contribute to the development of technology and AI enhancements to help drive productivity

Support and execute any potential M&A activity, including due diligence, financial modelling, transaction support and post‑acquisition integration

Manage and mentor a high‑performing finance function

For best success in this role, you will be an experienced CFO or senior finance executive ideally with a track record in a growing technology‑led professional services business. You bring:

Demonstrated experience in high‑growth environments (organic and/or acquisition‑led)

Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capability

Experience building scalable finance infrastructure to support future expansion

Proven M&A experience, including transaction execution and integration

Company Secretarial experience would be well regarded

Confidence operating at Executive and Board level

CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)

Experience within consulting, professional services, SaaS, tech‑enabled services or Founder‑led environments will be highly regarded although not essential.
