As a Senior GP, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, working alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of passionate clinicians and support staff. You will directly contribute to our mission of providing patient‑centred care grounded in Aboriginal Ways of knowing, seeing, doing and belonging.

What we offer We offer rewarding work, and a variety of flexible full‑time and part‑time roles supporting great work‑life balance. Our full‑time salary packages range from

$302,724 to $314,367

with additional financial and lifestyle benefits you don’t find in many GP practices.

Our GP salary package includes:

4 weeks of annual leave per year (including 17.5% leave loading)

10 days personal leave per year

12% super.

About you

Bachelor of Medicine

Current MBBS and unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australia

Current APHRA registration

Current medical indemnity insurance

Specialist GP Recognition / vocational registration

Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, or a genuine interest in expanding your skills, knowledge and capability to work in our sector.
