Solutions Architect

with strong

Workday

expertise. This is a key role within the transformation program, responsible for shaping solution design, ensuring architectural integrity, and aligning Workday capabilities with broader enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for

Workday modules Define integration architecture between Workday and enterprise systems Ensure data flows, security models, and reporting structures are fit for purpose Partner with

HR, Finance, Payroll

and

IT

stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions Review and approve technical designs from vendors and delivery teams Ensure architectural governance, standards, and best practice are maintained Identify risks, gaps, and optimisation opportunities across the ecosystem Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise environments Strong hands‑on experience with Workday

(HCM, Payroll, Finance or Integrations) Solid understanding of Workday integrations
