Are you a driven property professional ready to take your career to the next level? Join JLL's dynamic Tenant Representation team as a Senior Consultant and become a trusted advisor to our key clients while driving exceptional transaction outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end lease transactions from strategy development through to documentation completion

Build and maintain strong client relationships as their trusted property advisor across multiple active projects

Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to at least six new project pursuits annually

Negotiate complex lease renewals and acquisitions, including multi-site portfolios

Prepare accurate financial models, transaction reports, and compelling client proposals

Mentor junior team members while collaborating across JLL's integrated service platform

Present market insights and thought leadership to support our clients' strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For:

Property or related degree with 2-4 years of relevant commercial property experience

Strong knowledge of Australian office markets, particularly within VIC

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Proven ability to interpret complex lease documentation and communicate terms effectively

Strategic mindset with a talent for identifying client value creation opportunities

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
