AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant

Elysium Digital is expanding its AI consulting practice, and we’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking consultant to help shape and lead our work in this exciting and fast-evolving space. As an AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant, you’ll work with public and private sector clients to design and deliver impactful strategies, frameworks and pilots that enable the responsible and effective adoption of artificial intelligence. This is a hands-on consulting role with strong growth potential. You’ll support client engagements across AI readiness, prototyping, governance, enablement and architecture, while also contributing to the development of new offerings, IP and capability within the firm. As an AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Client delivery : Plan, lead and support AI-related consulting engagements ranging from strategy development and readiness assessments through to design sprints, prototyping and governance frameworks. Workshop facilitation:

Design and run collaborative workshops, to explore opportunities and build client capability. Strategy and reporting:

Develop high-quality deliverables including strategy documents, assessment reports, roadmaps, governance models and executive briefings. Business development : Contribute to proposals, RFQs and client discussions to shape new opportunities and extend Elysium’s AI practice. Practice and offering development:

Help shape and expand Elysium’s suite of AI service offerings, building tools, frameworks, training content, and accelerators. Client engagement:

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, offering clear, pragmatic advice informed by both business context and technology trends. Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues across strategy, design, architecture, data and delivery to bring multidisciplinary perspectives to client problems. What Makes You a Good Fit?

We’re looking for someone who: Has solid experience as a management consultant, enterprise or solution architect, senior business analyst, or similar role in the strategy and advisory space. Is naturally curious and has a strong interest in artificial intelligence – especially generative AI – and how it can be applied in government and enterprise contexts. Has strong consulting skills and is able to facilitate workshops, write clearly, structure strategic advice, and communicate with influence. Can work end-to-end across engagements: shaping opportunities, planning activities, delivering value, and supporting clients through ambiguity. Is comfortable with both business and technology domains, and able to bridge between them. Is self-motivated and proactive, excited to build out a new practice area and shape what comes next. Holds or is eligible for an AGSVA security clearance. You don’t need to be a data scientist or AI engineer, but you should have a solid understanding of how AI works, where it adds value, and the challenges of adopting it responsibly in large organisations.
