Zearch are retained on the search for VP of Sales, APAC & Japan on behalf of a PE-Backed High-Growth SaaS business that are out growing their competition globally.
Our client are a private-equity-backed B2B SaaS company that are journeying towards $1bn ARR and are entering a critical next phase of scale. The business is hiring a VP of Sales, APAC to lead revenue growth with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition in APAC.
The Opportunity
Full ownership of APAC revenue performance
Leadership of a 50+ matrix GTM organisation
Clear mandate to accelerate net new business growth
Significant influence on regional GTM strategy
Close partnership with CRO and global revenue leadership
What Success Looks Like
Material increase in net-new ARR contribution
Predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy
Ideal Background
Senior sales leader within B2B SaaS, HCM, ERP, E-invoicing, Martech, E-Learning, Analytics, breakthrough high growth SaaS Applications
Experience in PE-backed and/or high-growth environments
Proven leadership of large, distributed EMEA sales teams
Strong enterprise new-business track record
Commercially driven, metrics-focused, people-centric
Managed a book of business in excess of $100M ARR
