Your Role & Mission As a

hands‑on leader , you'll be on the ground, stepping into ratio when needed, mentoring teams, and setting the gold standard for excellence. Your impact will be felt through :

Who Are We Looking For? We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven leader ready to make waves in OSHC!

2+ years of experience working with children

Multi‑site leadership experience in OSHC

Diploma or higher in a relevant field

Current certifications: Working With Children, First Aid incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

Food Handling / Safety certification (preferred)

Valid driver's license & permanent Australian work rights
