We’re currently seeking a talented and client‑focused Associate or Senior Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. You’ll work closely with a seasoned Principal and be part of a dynamic group of high‑performing lawyers.

Responsibilities In this role you’ll lead a variety of complex commercial disputes, with exposure to corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters. You’ll have the opportunity to provide strategic advice, drive case outcomes, and contribute to mentoring junior team members. Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years’ post‑admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

Strong drafting and communication skills.

A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

High attention to detail and effective time management.

An interest in and proactive approach to business development.

A collaborative attitude and genuine commitment to excellence in client service.
