Your New Role
Weโre looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding, training and learning initiatives for our clients' sales teams. This is a 12-month temp opportunity where youโll play a pivotal role in shaping the skills, knowledge, and success of sales teams, while collaborating closely with leaders across the business.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and improve onboarding for new sales hires.
Listen to sales calls, identify skill gaps, and coach teams.
Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions.
Partner with Product Marketing to deliver product updates and resources.
Track enablement activities, attend meetings, and maintain documentation.
