About the Role Key Account Partner - Domain

– under a Sales Leader, you own a portfolio of top‑tier real estate agencies in the Brisbane region, acting as an extension of their teams. Consultative solution selling is key to embedding Domain as a partner.

Responsibilities include:

Build long‑term relationships with key clients.

Drive revenue and product adoption, increasing brand loyalty.

Oversee the full sales cycle from meetings to contract execution and reporting.

Present Domain insights and support client events.

Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.

Maintain relationships, introduce new products, and resolve client queries.

Typical Day

Get to know clients’ businesses through close collaboration.

Improve outcomes by solution‑selling across Domain’s portfolio.

Present insights to stakeholders and attend sales meetings.

Strategise growth initiatives and maintain relationships.

Resolve client queries and provide feedback on market conditions.

Develop industry expertise in residential real estate tech solutions.

Essentials

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts.

Experience crafting custom product solutions.

Ability to negotiate complex deals and handle objections.

Confidence in public speaking and presenting to decision makers.

Strong communication of ROI and business impact.

Ability to drive and meet clients across the Brisbane region.

Nice to Haves

Experience selling to enterprise customers.

Certifications or experience in SaaS, digital media, or real estate.

Business, marketing, or commerce degree.

Notable sales achievements in these sectors.
