About you Your experience and capabilities will include:

3–5 years’ PAE at a top‑tier, national or boutique commercial litigation practice

very strong technical credentials and ability

excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical advice

outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team’s broad litigation practice, which includes general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, building and construction litigation and regulatory matters

skills to manage a varied case list involving multiple areas of law

ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem‑solve complex legal issues

sound judgment and commercial acumen

strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service

a proactive, innovative and energetic approach

the ability to work well as part of a close‑knit team
