Medical Director – Oncology | Shape the Future of Cancer Care Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane based | Global High-Growth Biotech A high-growth biotechnology company is pushing the boundaries of oncology drug development, with multiple programs advancing across solid tumours, AML and lung cancer. This role is ideal for a Medical Director who wants to combine scientific depth, strategic influence and hands‑on clinical impact.

Why This Role Matters The Medical Director will play a central role in clinical strategy and trial execution. You’ll lead protocol development, engage investigators globally and help guide oncology programs through key stages of development. This is a position where your expertise directly shapes patient outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as Medical Monitor and Safety Physician across cutting‑edge oncology studies

Lead protocol development for pivotal and early‑phase programs

Build strong partnerships with global investigators and KOLs

Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory and R&D

Provide scientific and strategic insight to optimise study design and execution

Who We’re Looking For

Medical Doctor (preferred) with deep oncology or haematology‑oncology experience

Strong background in clinical trial design and protocol development

Experience with FDA/IND submissions and IND programs

Strategic thinker with strong GCP knowledge

Collaborative mindset suited to a dynamic, fast‑paced biotech environment
