At ECH, we take pride in our work, our teamwork, and the positive impact we make on people’s lives. We believe our people drive our success, and how we work together is just as important as what we achieve. By embracing technology and flexible working, we create a better balance between work and life.

We're always looking for ways to improve the lives of older South Australians. To do this, we invest in our people. Everyone has the chance to grow, learn, and advance their career at ECH. We also value and celebrate diversity, recognising the strength it brings through different ideas, experiences, and perspectives.

About the Opportunity The Senior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating ECH’s brand, driving growth across Support at Home and Retirement Living, and shaping meaningful, digitally enabled customer experiences that truly make a difference.

In this role, you’ll evolve our brand strategy, create compelling content, and deliver integrated campaigns across TV, radio, print and digital, using insights, creativity and strong collaboration to connect our services with the people who need them most.

You’ll champion initiatives that grow market presence, deepen engagement and reinforce “Get MORE out of Life” while strengthening our full-service portfolio.

Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by maintaining performance dashboards, exploring new formats and technologies, and bringing innovative, calm support to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Experience in brand and/or product management across multi‑channel environments.

Strong capability in digital and social marketing, content strategy and campaign measurement.

National Police Check and driver’s licence.

Experience within aged care, health or a related service industry.

Experience applying CRM insights to campaign development.

Familiarity with emerging digital and content technology.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Some Perks for You As part of a not-for-profit organisation, you can enjoy salary packaging benefits of up to $18,549 per year to reduce your taxable income. You’ll work with a supportive and agile team that values growth and development, providing opportunities aligned with your career goals.
