Greencross Vets Cannington is on the hunt for a Practice Manager – Could it be YOU? Are you a master at juggling schedules, leading teams, and keeping things running smooth? We are co-located within a busy Petbarn retail store, creating a community of kind and committed pet owners! The clinic itself is well equipped with a large team of experienced and supportive vets and nurses, providing exceptional animal care with a healthy dose of compassion and humour!

Your Day-to-day:

Keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine

Lead, inspire and motivate our fantastic team

Master the art of daily operations: inventory management, HR, schedules & keeping clients happy

Bring new ideas and improvements

Be the ultimate go-to problem-solver and our biggest cheerleader

What we’re looking for:

Experience in the veterinary field (Practice Manager experience is a bonus!)

Great leadership and communication skills

A heart that is big enough for animals and humans

A sense of humour that makes our team laugh out loud (or at least giggle a little)

A drive to support a positive culture within the workplace
