Support compliance with aged care standards and ongoing accreditation readiness
Work closely with the CEO and Quality team to embed best practice and continuous improvement

Play an active role in commissioning and supporting a Facility Manager
Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Use clinical insight and data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
Proven clinical leadership experience in residential aged care (Director of Care, Care Manager, or similar)
A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life
Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative, supportive approach
Sound understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and accreditation requirements
Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior leaders
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
