About the Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a

Senior Associate Family Lawyer

with at least four years of post‑admission experience to take the next step in their career. Joining our client’s Gold Coast team, you will play a pivotal role in both legal practice and firm development.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:

Divorce and separation

Property settlements and financial agreements

Parenting disputes and child support matters

De facto and same‑sex relationship matters

Relocation and intervention orders

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and referral networks

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth

Playing a key role in business development and firm expansion

Working closely with firm leadership to establish a clear pathway to partnership

Key Requirements

Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post‑admission experience in family law (private practice)

Strong technical expertise in family law with the ability to manage complex cases independently

A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to client and case management

Proven experience in business development and networking to build referral pathwaysAbility to mentor and lead junior lawyers while fostering a collaborative work environment
