We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head of Planning to join our Supre team, where you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing our strategic vision. Reporting to the GM of Supre, you will lead and inspire a high-performing Planning team to drive commercial performance across the brand and deliver growth. This role will see you: Hold full accountability for merchandise planning performance across all channels Set and deliver the end-to-end merchandise planning strategy across OTB, sales, margin, inventory and markdowns Own annual and seasonal planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts and in-season trading, proactively managing risk and opportunity Operate as a trusted commercial partner to Buying, Retail, Digital and Merchandise teams to influence decisions and drive aligned outcomes Use data and insight to inform strategic and tactical decisions that support sustainable growth and market share gains If you're a values-led leader and strategic thinker who enjoys pace and complexity and is passionate about leading and developing teams to deliver results and product that make a real impact on the business, this role is for you! SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience and proven success in a similar ‘Head of’ or General Manager Planning role (5+ years); developing and leading product strategies with a strong commercial track record delivering sales growth, margin improvement and stock optimisation Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions Demonstrated high level organisation, project management and planning skills Strong financial and commercial acumen including strong budgeting and forecasting skills BENEFITS
