Company Description 1300SMILES Buderim is a well‑established general dental practice with over 10 years of service to the local community. Located in a busy village shopping precinct, the practice enjoys excellent visibility, convenient amenities and ample parking for staff and patients.

The practice has a loyal and diverse patient base, with strong demand and appointments typically booked two weeks in advance. It services families, long‑term local residents and elderly patients from nearby retirement villages, schools and colleges.

Buderim offers a broad range of general dental services and is well equipped with three dental chairs, intra‑oral cameras in every surgery, a Vistascan digital X‑ray system and a Trios 3 intra‑oral scanner.

Job Description We are seeking a patient‑focused Dentist to join our established and supportive team at 1300SMILES Buderim. This role is available 2–3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday), with strong potential to grow to 4–5 days in the future due to consistent demand.

You will be stepping into a busy practice with a strong existing patient base, working alongside experienced dentist and a friendly, supportive team in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications The successful candidate will be a qualified Dentist with current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain). You will have a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and feel confident providing general dental treatments. A team‑focused attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work in a collaborative and patient‑centred practice are essential.
