St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia

St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private support at home care provider

St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care

St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse – Care Partner to join our supportive team in a full time capacity. This is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding role where every day makes a difference to the lives of older people in our community.

Role Care Partner

(Marryatville | Full-Time)

As a Care Partner, You Will

Provide personalised, high-quality support to clients in their homes.

Work collaboratively within a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Maintain accurate client notes and documentation using Microsoft systems and internal software.

About You You are someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently with minimal supervision.

You’ll Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

An outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.

The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.

A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well at home.

Essential Requirements

Current driver’s licence (minimum P2).

NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.

Diploma of Nursing qualifications or higher.

Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent.
