Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership across Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments Help clients optimise their network design, security posture, and operational efficiency Identify areas of improvement and drive enhancements in the managed services delivery Work alongside internal NOC/project teams to ensure best practice standards are upheld Build strong, long-term technical relationships and help position the MSP as a value-added partner Requirements

Senior-level network engineer or technical consultant with 7+ years of experience Proven expertise in Cisco and Juniper routing/switching at an enterprise scale Strong experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally within a Managed Services environment Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, PCNSE, or NSE are highly regarded Salary & Benefits
