Optometrist Partner – Joint Venture Partnership Opportunity Oscar Wylee is an Australian optical company established in 2012. We have grown a network of 130 stores and are still expanding. Our brand is modern, fresh, fashion‑focused and dynamic with a solid clinical presence.

Our joint venture partnership program supports experienced optometrists who are ready to become business owners. As a retail partner you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of a store with your team. You will drive efficiency, productivity and performance, provide a positive customer experience, and work collaboratively while adhering to industry regulations and supporting Oscar Wylee’s strategy and compliance. You will earn a salary and a share of the profits, with a professional support network to develop your leadership skills.

About You

Current registration with AHPRA

A committed patient‑care provider

Minimum of 2 years management experience

Ability to influence, mentor, support and motivate team members

Ability to create a professional and friendly customer experience

Innovative and collaborative approach

Passionate about leading with an entrepreneurial mindset
