You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in health and safety documentation, systems administration, or a related technical role. You have a strong ability to translate complex legislative, technical and operational requirements into clear, practical and user-friendly documentation. You bring a solid understanding of work health and safety frameworks and compliance obligations, and are comfortable maintaining, updating and improving policies, procedures, guidelines and safety tools. You are confident working with digital platforms and safety management systems, ensuring information is accurate, current and accessible. You enjoy working collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders, have strong written communication skills, and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. You are organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement in health and safety systems and practices. To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum: Demonstrated experience writing technical or compliance documentation, ideally within health and safety, quality or regulatory environments. Strong understanding of health and safety principles, legislation and management-system frameworks. Proficiency in administering safety, compliance or operational systems (eg. H&S management systems, SharePoint online, learning management systems or document-control systems). Excellent written communication skills with high attention to accuracy, structure and plain-English standards. Experience designing or managing document-control processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills. Ability to work independently, manage workloads and meet deadlines. Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
