Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Multiple Roles | Brisbane The Opportunities

We’re currently partnering with several leading law firms across Brisbane, including those based in the CBD, Newstead and Fortitude Valley, who are seeking talented Commercial Litigation Lawyers to join their teams.

Our clients range from boutique to mid-tier firms, all recognised for their innovative, collaborative, and client-focused approaches. They act for a mix of SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, body corporates, construction companies, industry professionals, and insolvency practitioners, offering exposure to a broad variety of interesting and complex disputes.

The Roles Depending on the firm, the work may include :

Contract, shareholder, and partnership disputes

Building and construction litigation, including adjudications

Commercial and property-related disputes

Insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters

Estate and family business disputes

Strata and body corporate disputes

Injunctions, freezing orders, and other superior court proceedings

About You You are a positive and motivated lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic and high-performing environment. You’ll ideally have :

pref 2–5 years PAE in commercial litigation or a related disputes practice

Strong technical and drafting skills

A pragmatic, client-focused approach

The ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team
