Clinical Operations Lead (Multidisciplinary) We’re hiring a senior clinician ready to step into a true leadership role with real decision authority.

This is not advisory. You’ll combine active clinical work with responsibility for clinical standards, people leadership and operational performance across a multidisciplinary team.

Ongoing senior leadership role

Reports to Owner / Founder

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivering high-quality Psych, OT or Speech services

Leading multidisciplinary clinical standards

Acting as escalation point for complex cases

Driving performance, accountability and difficult conversations

Supporting recruitment and workforce planning

Monitoring culture, morale and wellbeing

Overseeing day-to-day operations across both locations

Strengthening systems and workflows

Partnering on strategy and long-term sustainability

You will have delegated authority over clinical decisions, performance management and operational prioritisation.

Qualifications

Multidisciplinary experience

Confidence managing performance

Ability to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities
