Cardiology Registrar / PHO – Coastal QLD

We are seeking Cardiology Registrar or Principal House Officer to join a well-established cardiology department within a major regional hospital in Queensland.
This is a temporary full-time position with excellent professional development opportunities.
Role
You will be part of a busy and supportive cardiology team providing comprehensive services to the region, including:
Interventional and non-interventional cardiology
Cardiac catheterisation (IVUS, OCT, FFR)
Pacemaker / ICD / CRT-D insertions
Cardiac investigations including echo (3D), stress echo, TOE
Holter monitoring, ambulatory BP, stress testing, event recorders
Heart Failure / Titration service
Onsite CTCA and cardiac MRI services
You will work closely with a team of cardiologists, advanced trainees, registrars, junior doctors, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
MBBS or equivalent, with AHPRA registration. Experience in cardiology or acute medicine. Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centred care. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
