This engagement is expected to be ongoing on an ‘as needs’ basis.

Advise on major construction contracts (ECI, D&C, EPC, EPCM, alliance and management), contract risk, procurement and project delivery, as well as property development, funding, due diligence and major transactions.

We would like to speak to lawyers with 5-20+ years’ PAE, gained in leading national or international firms or pre‑eminent in‑house teams.

Senior Legal Counsel | 5+ years’ PAE | ASX-listed Mining Company

Commencing as soon as possible, this opportunity is expected to run for up to 3 months, with the potential to extend.

Manage front‑end construction legal and commercial matters, including negotiating complex contracts with counterparties, advising on risk and compliance, and working directly with stakeholders across the business.

We would like to speak to lawyers with 5+ years’ PAE, from leading firms or established in‑house teams, with strong front‑end construction experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Mining experience is advantageous but not essential.

Corporate / M&A Lawyer | 3-15+ years’ PAE | Pre‑eminent Law Firm

Commencing as soon as possible, this opportunity is expected to run for up to 3 months, with the potential to extend. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Work with a high‑performing team across diverse and complex corporate, M&A, private equity, FIRB, governance, and cross‑border transactional matters to drive deals to completion.

We would like to hear from lawyers with 3-15+ years’ PAE gained in leading national/international firms or pre‑eminent in‑house teams, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. Experience in private equity will be highly regarded.
