We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team and be part of our continued growth at Lancemore.

About The Role Be a key part of a dynamic, exceptionally credentialed executive team

Deliver results across the balanced scorecard in all our hotel, taking each hotel to their identified 3-year full potential

Provide support, coaching and leadership to our Area GMs and hotel GMs to help ensure their success

Be the lead on delivering operational excellence within the group across all of our hotels across Australia

Onboard the new hotels in our pipeline successfully

Participate in corporate strategy and lead the business unit strategy

Be a key player in ensuring the company is one that we are all proud to work in
