About the role You will be working closely with an award-winning Partner, on a variety of complex and challenging common law matters. You will be responsible for advising and defending employers and insurers in industrial common law negligence claims, acting for clients including insurers, self-insured, specialised insurers, regulators, and government entities.

About you

Associate / Senior Associate ( 3+ PQE )

Insurance litigation experience

Strong Academics and Relevant Australian Legal Qualification / Admission

Excellent communication skills; and

A can-do attitude.
