Senior Cyber Engineering Advisor - (Cloud | DevSecops | Automation)

Join a forward-thinking cyber team delivering major security uplift projects across modern cloud environments.

This is a firstly an advisory role but will require somebody to have come from a technical background and role the sleeves up when required. It’s ideal for a senior engineer who wants to influence architecture, guide delivery teams, and help embed security at scale.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how secure engineering is done across multiple platforms, combining deep technical skills with the ability to consult, advise, and uplift DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor and lead engineer across large-scale security programs.

Embed and automate security controls within CI / CD and DevSecOps pipelines.

Provide guidance on secure architecture, cloud design, and automation.

Support major uplift projects including WAF, API firewall, and identity

Partner with developers, squads, and architects to deliver secure cloud-native solutions.

Skills and Experience

8+ years in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or DevSecOps.

Strong background across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.

Proven experience with automation, infrastructure as code, and CI / CD tooling.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and piece together cyber strategy

Coding or scripting background (e.g. Python, Java, or similar) highly regarded.
