About The Role
This is a senior leadership position that will serve as the Client Partner for two of Slalom’s most significant corporate clients in Brisbane. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building executive-level relationships, and delivering transformative solutions that align with client priorities and Slalom’s vision. The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s current clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customised account plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand. We are looking for a thoughtful, high-energy, solution and customer‑centric individual to drive the growth within our portfolio. You will be a key partner with our practice leaders and subject matter experts to develop next‑generation solutions that enable our clients to realise their most strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Client Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and leaders, influencing strategic direction and identifying opportunities where Slalom can drive their business objectives
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and business levers relevant to your client portfolio
Build deep understanding of how Slalom's practice areas can create integrated solutions for complex client challenges
Business Development & Growth
Own and execute customised account plans that drive predictable revenue growth and expand Slalom's footprint
Lead the full sales cycle: relationship development, opportunity qualification, solution design, pursuit management, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with capability leaders and sales executives to develop winning account strategies and innovative offerings
Identify white space opportunities and support shaping the evolution of Slalom's service offerings in the market
Manage a robust sales pipeline and respond strategically to RFPs and client service requests
Delivery Excellence & Client Satisfaction
Partner with global and local capability and practice teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed client expectations
Oversee delivery quality across all engagements within your portfolio
Directly lead strategic programs or projects within your accounts, aligned to your consulting skillset
Drive continuous improvement through client feedback and satisfaction surveys
Account & Financial Management
Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, meeting revenue and utilisation targets
Maintain billable utilisation in line with role and level expectations
Ensure operational excellence through proper account administration, including charge codes, billing, and internal processes
What You'll Bring
Experience & Proven Success
Multiple years in consulting or professional services, with demonstrated success growing and managing client revenue portfolios
Strong delivery leadership background, including program and project management across complex, multi‑workstream engagements
Track record of P&L ownership and achieving revenue targets
Proven history of driving both client satisfaction and employee engagement
Relationship Building & Executive Presence
Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with customer executives and leaders
Executive presence and credibility to influence decision‑makers and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach across all levels of an organisation
Strategic & Technical Capabilities
Business and technical acumen to envision innovative solutions in partnership with Slalom's capability leaders
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity for clients and teams
