Venue General Manager - Brisbane Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt, Australia's leading frozen yogurt brand, is looking for a Venue General Manager to lead one of our buzzing venues.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example to deliver amazing customer experiences

Keep the venue sparkling clean, efficient, and full of good vibes

Oversee inventory management and stock control

Ensure health & safety standards are always met

Recruit, train, and motivate an engaged, high‑performing team

Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, and P&L performance

Who You Are

A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus!)

A people‑first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers

Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed

Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement
