Sales General Manager – Western Australia

Sales General Manager – Western Australia NRI is a leading IT business solutions provider, offering IT management and consulting services, cloud solutions, business intelligence & big data and analytics and thought leadership. These services deliver solutions across a wide range of technologies including business intelligence, core business applications, middleware, technical and hardware infrastructure.

This is the “own your own state” role that only comes around once a decade in Perth.

NRI has had an extraordinary run in Western Australia — multiple years of 30–50% growth, dominant market share in resources and strong traction in State Government and commercial enterprises.

We’re now creating a dedicated General Manager position to run the entire WA market as a standalone business unit.

In effect, you become the “CEO of Western Australia” for NRI.

You will:

Have full P&L responsibility for a ~$40–45m run‑rate business (with realistic ambitions of $100m+ in the medium term)

Lead a team of account directors, solution architects, delivery leads and alliances managers

Further deepen relationships with the biggest names in mining, oil & gas, energy and utilities

Expand aggressively into State Government, ports, education and mid‑market commercial

Live in Perth and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (with frequent interaction with the CEO and board)

A heavyweight sales leader with 15–20+ years in technology or professional services

Deep, warm relationships across Perth’s enterprise and government ecosystem

Proven success building and scaling a $30m–$60m+ P&L

Consulting, systems integration or enterprise software background (resources sector experience highly regarded but not mandatory)

The entrepreneurial drive to treat WA as your own company
