We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the business on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working in a growing business environment, with responsibility for both strategy and day-to-day operations. The CEO will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, including commercial outcomes, operational management and long-term growth. Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the business across retail, online and wholesale channels. Set and execute business strategy and growth plans. Oversee financial performance, budgeting and reporting. Manage supplier, partner and key commercial relationships. Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and commercial requirements. Build and support a small, high-performing team. Make operational and commercial decisions to support sustainable growth.
